I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and former Personal Trainer. I've worked in eCommerce, buying and planning for some of the largest fitness, tech, and music companies for over 10 years. 


Stress, I get. Lack of time, I get. Knowing what I 'should' be doing for my health, but putting it off...well, I used to get that. Our health is too important to be anything less than a priority. 


I help you lose weight, reduce stress, increase productivity and improve body confidence. But we always start with WHO you want to be.
